What it is
Paymentron is a web application from Paymentron LLC. Businesses connect QuickBooks Online or Xero, review past-due invoices, preview a default follow-up sequence, and turn on automated email and SMS reminders through 180 days past due. Every message includes a branded payment link.
Never send another awkward payment reminder.
What it is not
- It is not a replacement for QuickBooks or Xero. Keep your accounting software for invoicing and reminders before an invoice is due.
- It does not contact customers on invoices more than 180 days past due, even if older balances import for visibility.
- It does not send anything until you preview the sequence and explicitly enable follow-ups. You can pause any invoice or customer at any time.
- It does not hold customer funds. Stripe processes portal payments. Money goes to the bank account you connect to Stripe. We don't touch that or have any idea where you bank.
Who it is for
Local service businesses with recurring invoices—home care, HVAC, cleaning, landscaping, and similar trades—plus accounting firms that want past-due recovery as a client value-add without changing how clients invoice day to day.
Pricing
No monthly subscription. We only make money when you get paid.
When a customer pays an overdue invoice through the Paymentron portal, the recovery fee is 5% if paid within 30 days of the due date, or 10% if paid 31–180 days overdue, with a $1 minimum per payment. One fee when you collect—card, bank, and digital wallet processing included. No separate processing bill.
